Cognac is the wonderful spirit which has been produced in the Charentais region of France since the 17th century.
Our property is situated in Salles d'Angles in the Charente region of France (very close to the town of Cognac) and was constructed in 1851. It is a typical old charentaise farm with high buildings and an enclosed courtyard.

Today at Cognac Méry it is our 3rd generation who continue to produce cognac by respecting the old traditions.

It was not, however, until 1946 when Edouard Méry, a viticulteur, bought the farm that Cognac Méry was established.
