Composition : 98 % Cabernet Sauvignon / 2 % Merlot

Colour : Red

Yield : 55 hl/ha

Soil : calcareous-clay hillsides

Tasting note : Dense colour, ruby red. It has aromas of red fruits highlighted by traces of black pepper. Elegant, with a silky texture, supple tannins which leads to a clean finish. It will accompany grilled meats and refined cheeses. Matured in oak barrels for 12 months.

Conservation : up to 5 years

Temperature : 16 à 18°C

 

 

Merlot, vintage 2015, IGP Charentais - BIO

 

Composition : 98 % Merlot / 2 % Cabernet Sauvignon

Colour : Red

Yield : 55 hl/ha

Soil : calcareous-clay hillsides

 

Tasting note : Beautiful color, superb nose of red fruits, authentic, light & balanced. Accompanies red meat, poultry, oily fish and cheese.

Conservation : up to 4 years

Temperature : serve between 16-18°C

 

 

Chardonnay, vintage 2016,

IGP Charentais - BIO         

 

Composition : 100 % Chardonnay

Colour : white

Yield :  40 hl/ha

Soil : calcareous-clay hillsides

 

Tasting note : Sunshine yellow color. This wine kicks, it is mineral and rustic, perfectly balanced, pleasant on the palate and on the finish. Ideal to accompany shellfish and fish, or to enjoy as an aperitif, under the sun.

Conservation : up to 3 years

Temperature : serve between 8-10°C

 

 

Rosé vintage 2016 - IGP Charentais - BIO

 

Composition : 100 % Merlot

Colour : Rosé

Yield :45 hl/ha

Soil : calcareous-clay hillsides

 

Tasting note : Pale pink. Gourmet nose, red berry flesh, exotic and floral touch. The mouth offers expressive aromatic notes and a dense matter that lingers on the freshness. The marriage of elegance and immediate pleasure. A great wine for salads and fish.

Conservation : up to 2 years

Temperature : to taste well, serve fresh 6-8°C
